Our Mission

We believe in the importance of “third places” for people to gather, enjoy simple moments, and build community through play. Socializing is easy and fun through engaging activities like board games, video games, and creative kits.

Catering to both casual visitors and game enthusiasts, there many ways for people to enjoy the space whether it’s for a nice date night, hosting a friend from out of town, or starting up a conversation with the next table.

The idea is personal. We (the founders) first met in-person at a game night. What started as a simple gathering turned into a friendship, dating, and eventually marriage. That experience is one of the reasons we believe in creating spaces where people can naturally form connections.

We plan to host more community-driven activities or events based on guest feedback.

What’s with the name?

“Sunny” reflects the feeling the space hopes to bring to the neighborhood — warmth, positivity, and to light up someone’s day.

“Corner” reflects both its location on a corner in downtown Quincy and the founders’ goal of creating a welcoming space where people can find their own corner of the world.
